Hello my name is Jeffrey today and I am taking the time to write this review since it was one I am going to remember. It was my first time at Victor’s but Vanessa was a great help explaining everything thoroughly. As soon as we walked in she asked how we were and she seen we were having a little trouble deciding on what we were going to eat so she asked if it was our first time. We said yes and she explained everything with a good attitude. Overall, the food and customer service was amazing, would definitely recommend to any one of my pals.

On 11/26/2022 I went to Victors Mexican Grill and ordered 2 bowls, 2 8oz mild salsas, and a kids taco combo. The rice in all 3 of the meals was not cooked thoroughly and was hard. I went to Victors with all of the food items and asked for a refund. The shift leader named Carolina advised me she was unable to refund me and can only replace the kids meal. I showed her all of the food items and advised her ALL of the meals rice was hard and not cooked all the way. She then advised me she can only refund me for the rice portion of the kids meal. This made no sense as I brought all food items hardly touched. The shift leader advised me she was unable to refund me and would have her management issue my refund. Now I must wait until their management of this location contacts me to issue a refund. I used to be a fan of Victors. However, I will never return after this experience and still not being issued a refund when I returned all items. I truly hope the owner of Victor’s Mexican Grill re-trains their staff. I have never been to a restaurant or place that is unable to issue a refund.

Very clean and very friendly staff. I really appreciated that the girl taking my order let me know that the Spanish rice was made with chicken broth. That is important to me since I am vegan. I don’t find many restaurants with service this friendly and that have a genuine desire to help. Great job. Thank you!
