As a person who comes from Xinjiang,China, all I can tell you is that this BBQ is not Xinjiang BBQ at all. The food is just OK there, not tasty. Most importantly, the oyster is too small to eat, almost nothing to eat, as the following picture. And the service needs to be improved urgently for sure. If you are the person who wants Xinjiang BBQ like me, never go there!

I used to think this is THE best Chinese bbq in town. But this time it wasn’t all fantastic. The meat is bit tough, shrimp wasn’t super fresh, it suppose to be textured, but instead it was soft.

Really enjoyed the lamb and oyster mushrooms. We shared a fried noodle and that helped fill us up. It’s pricey imo but the flavor is spot on. Funny to see some of the chairman mao posters. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick.

This place is a good drinking place. The skewers were flavorful with a good spicy kick. However they sprinkle the same seasoning over all the skewers so it makes everything taste one note. So while it’s enjoyable, your taste buds will easily get bored. The service was okay – nice, but not very attentive or quick.

Delicious skewers, the fatty beef and fatty lamb are so flavorful and tender, not over cooked at all. Flavor of the meat and the seasoning is on point. I also really liked the fried pork, it seems to have tapioca starch inside and it tastes great!

They have a dish called “Man Kou Xiang” it’s lamb fat. Sounds very oily but taste amazing. I had a simmilar one before but it’s cow fat. It’s crispy out side but the inside is totally melted. Lamb fat is not as good as cow fat but I could still give 5 stars
