Food is always fresh and hot! Wings are amazing. I always order take out & I’m always missing something in my order. If it isn’t the extra wing sauce it’s my celery, If it’s not celery it’s a fry. I hate calling and complaining. After a long day at work I just wanna get home n eat. Service is always fast. One lady is new and is terrible at interacting with people. She is just strange and it comes across rude. The other one has been there a while and is always on her game remembering a returning customer. Still will return but will not eat in. It’s always busy and bar is mostly full. Worth a 20 minute wait for food!

Consistently the best wings in town. The sauces/dressings are made in-house and the wings are cooked perfectly without having to order “extra crispy”. The chicken strips (I was told they are new) are also quite delicious.

I placed an order for 40 wings, large fry, and 4 sides of ranch that came out to $70. We placed our order at 8:39pm and arrived to pay at 8:54pm and our order was already ready. After returning home and seeing the wings we could immediately tell they were under cooked. We decided to try one each just to discover they tasted just how they looked, undercooked. The fries were soggy with no flavor. I called immediately to return the order but they were closed and was informed to call the next day to speak with the manager Jessica. Fast forward to today, I called and spoke with Jessica and explained the situation and how we still had 38 wings and the fries because we did not eat them, and willing to return them for a full refund. She informed me that their wings are now bigger due to supply issues and they have to cook their wings for longer in order to get them crispy. Obviously due to the time they closed on a Sunday (9pm) and the time I ordered (8:39pm) they were not able to fulfill that requirement. I asked her how long it takes to make the wings and she responded “15 mins for an order of 15 wings.” I explained how I ordered 40 wings and they were ready prior to their 15 min requirement for 2x’s the amount. After that she was very rude and said she will no longer listen to my complaints and identified me explaining my customer service experience as arguing although I had been nothing but respectful the whole time. Once I heard her getting an attitude with me i informed her I would dispute it with his bank instead. When I let her know that she got completely silent and I told her to have a nice day. This is the manager/owner. Not only is the customer service trash but the food is also. Being active duty military I know this is not how you conduct business Please take a look at the photos

I love the food here but whoever made my buffalo chicken sandwich today did terrible. The chicken was supposed to be fried and the breading was burned and falling off chicken looked over fried, plus it didn’t even have the buffalo sauce.

The fact that the owner doesn’t care how she treated my mom for “taking to long to order” because she’s deaf is disgusting. Is that how you treat everyone with a disability? Surely you’d think the owner would have a bit more patience with a customer who needs extra assistance ordering but apparently that’s not the case here. And when confronted about what she said under her breath, she tried to excuse it by saying they were busy and it’s frustrating when people take too long. God forbid the owner ever needs extra assistance for anything because if this is how she treats other, hope she never needs extra assistance. I hope the BBB actually follows up with you since you like to discriminate against people with disabilities and you seem to not care about it.

JUST DON’T. The owner discriminates against the deaf community and openly admits it. The service is horrible; slow, rude, entitled. The food is WAY over salted, and the portion sizing is incorrect for price. Wings are VERY small and under sauced. ADA, BBB, and Health Department have been contacted due to all of the issues listed above. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Wings were great. The spicy Bbq was not spicy but was still delicious. The fried Mac and cheese and zucchini was absolulty amazing. The service was with a smile and the bathrooms were super clean. The parking lot was a bit hard to find parking but it is a busy place.
