A Crazy Life
This place is nice. The lay out it old 50s and 60 erra Cafe. The ice cream is super good, but the only thing; the line to get your stuff was slightly backed up with one register and the employee thwt rang us up seemed just a bit stressed thst we had a big order (5 people. Theres tons of parking as it’s also shares parking lot with the musium. would recommend

this place has disgusted me to the fullest. the moment I stepped foot into the cafe it reeked of a sour scent that I could never forget; the equivalent to spoiled milk. still, I wanted to have hope for the place so I ordered a simple two scoop ice cream and a coffee. a worker in a black t shirt, and a bit chubby may I add was working on my order and lord. she was very unsanitary and was clearly not fit for the job. as she was making my ice cream she PICKED HER NOSE and continued, with all due respect this is COMPLETELY unacceptable and the audacity to put her grimy little hands back onto the food that was about to go into my mouth is just unimaginable. I had also seen her, without gloves may I add, touch my toppings because they “are kind of expired”? excuse me? and don’t get me started on the coffee. as she was making it a COCKROACH flew into my drink and she looked at it, with no expression, and went on her little way making my coffee. what a hazard. when she had finished up, she slammed my items on the counter and rudely told me my total. these instances could have brought great harm to me or any other customer in the cafe, I DO NOT recommend this cafe for anyone, very unsanitary and rude customer service.

The girl that always wears a black shirt, scratched her booty and then she proceeded to touch my ice cream. And i also saw her sleeve touching the bucket of ice cream. Extremely unsanitary. When i went in there, they were NOT using gloves while making the food. And the plates were so dirty and unclean. The girl that always wears a black shirt swung on my dog and then spat on my face. And she bullied for exercising. She also stole my Imvu clothing and she raided my discord server. She texted my 57 year old uncle trying to meet up and my Aunt divorced him over it. #Homewrecker. She even stole my hamster.

This place used to be a really neat and unique soda shop with ice cream treats, now it is a weird coffee shop that didn’t even have milk to make coffees. Tried some chicken strips and they made us sick. They had weird music with vulgar language playing. It’s sad to see it turn into this.

Litturally the worse service I’ve ever seen towards customers or the employees. Owner will lie to you and promise you specific hours and pay to get you to join their team. They have no structure and their rules are back and forth. The owners will let their family mistreat you and never expect to leave on your scheduled end of shift because even during closing hours the manager will continue to serve people then get on you if establishment is closed to late or if anything was left on because they will turn them back on to make more sales. They seem nice but they don’t care. Always adding new things to their stores. And constantly hiring because they’re management is so bad people keep quitting. Definitely recommend C&S. I’ve never had issues their drinks are amazing and the management is structured. Stop giving your money to the people who are like the management at caffeine connections let’s help eachother and their employees get better coffee and jobs. Because they are just mistreated here.
