I’m not the type to leave reviews anywhere… but something happened in here that I couldn’t blow off… This happened about 5 minutes ago. I walk in to get a cup of coffee I always get Casey’s coffee it’s the best. The first thing the cashier tells me when I walk in isn’t good morning, she says “are you Mexican?” I smile tell her good morning and say yes I’m Hispanic. She then tells the guy next to her “hey look he’s Mexican” then turns back at me and goes “oh plus you gotta have some Native American in you” That made me feel really uncomfortable. Her name was Debbie. I don’t think I’ll ever be stopping there again if the cashier is so worried about my race… awful experience

Ordered 2 pizzas online. 45 minute wait time. No problem. When I arrived at the store. No pizzas were ready. Girl at the register was talking on her phone. The guy in the back was not making pizza. There were 8 orders up. Mine was 3rd in line. Was told it would be another hour. Only 2 employees at this location. I am not upset about that. I am upset that apparently Casey’s does not pay enough for employees to get to work. All they were talking about was the people that didn’t come to work. I have gone in several times in the morning. No food. Little town. Not many choices. Hope they get it together. Until then I will need an alternative.

Valley center Casey’s is the worst every time I go in for breakfast there is nothing ready-made then they give an attitude when you ask them to make you something fresh and say they can’t or it will be twenty minutes . It’s a shame that we as Valley center residents have to put up with such poor service. If Casey’s cannot put out ready-made food for their customers they should shut down their kitchen .

A coworker brought breakfast pizza and it was tasty. I decided to try their other pizza and it was great. I was able to order it online. They delivered it promptly. It did not disappoint. I ordered a meat galore and a sausage pizza. It was more expensive than the other local pizza place but it has way more toppings and cheese. The next time I get pizza it will definitely be from Casey’s.

Quality of pizza is always great but quality of service is ALWAYS a joke…It seems like at least 3 out of 4 times, they claim that wait times for delivery are an ‘hour to an hour and 40 minutes’ which is absurd. When a delivery order is seen to fruition, drivers are always polite, etc…But it’s simply hard to have pizza delivered from this location to anyone living in the massive metropolis that is Valley Center…That or the staff are either ,typically, lying about delivery times for their convenience, or incompetent. Either way, it’s disappointing to say the least. It seems like we always end up with Pizza Hut, because they can have an order out in usually 30 min or less, prime time or otherwise…But their pizza sucks by comparison. Im just repeatedly disappointed in the VC Casey’s…Because it seems so damn hard to aquire.

Ordered 2 large taco pizzas. 30.00 and the pizza was not worth money spent. Barely any chips and had sliced tomatos that i had to cut up myself before eating. Also the lettuce was like whole leaves. Never gonna order pizza here again

The valley center Casey’s has to be one of the worst ones around … there seems to always be an excuse has to why they are not take orders at this time … and even when they are taking orders they are always way over their estimated time .. there has been multiple times we’ve ordered using the app and it will say order is ready but when you walk in to pick it up they havnt even made your order yet…. and there is always an excuse .. not to mention the unprofessional mannerisms of the staff …cant wait for quick shop to open their pizza kitchen up
