Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Drive through is terrible, in need of management overview. I got in line at 6:30 Sunday three cars back from ordering with about seven cars waiting for food. Nothing was moving. Then I noticed someone got in the second ordering line and they took their order and another car as well, yet our line did not move. As I got closer to ORDERING, the cars from the second order lane were trying to merge into our lane. Cars were upset and fights almost broke out because of the merging or not being allowed to merge. Whataburger you need to manage and staff that second lane by separately accepting payments and providing food, or close that darn second lane!! I have never waited in any drive through as long as I did in this Whataburger drive through. Very disappointed in Whataburger!!!

This business and establishment just keeps getting trashier and trashier. Surely it is NOT the same business before the buy out. Ordered at 9:00pm and I had to walk inside the establishment from the drive through to ask for my food. My 4 combos were sitting on the counter just getting cold. I asked them to remake all my fries and Onion Rings. I didn’t leave the drive through until 9:56pm, what a joke. I never learn my lesson though, this is the last straw for me,

I placed an order through the App and put it for 11:50am. They let us out earlier than expected and I went to the location. I told the cashier I was early but wanted to let them know that I was there. He told I’m guessing the manager and she looked at me and said” yes we have your order but your early”. I explained that I didn’t know that they were going to be doing that. We’ve been in meetings for the school district at Veterans High School. She didn’t have to be rude, no need for that. She said I’ll go ahead and push your order through. Need to get retrained on customer service

This whataburger location is clean, nice helpful staff and quick. I have never had my order wrong here. The food is fresh and hot. They went out of their way to make a sandwich they don’t normally make anymore.

My daughter got out of work at 1:45 AM, took her to grab some food here. Staff was completely immature. Charged me for a meal when I specifically asked for just the strips and fries, as I was using free fries through my rewards. Hardly any issues, I just suppose it’s the time you go. Thank goodness food was fresh but they were slow through drive thru.

June 18, air condition was not working and I didn’t get gravy with my chicken tenders. When we asked for it , I was given a cup of gravy that was the consistency of water.

Whataburger is usually pretty dang good and I’ve never really had an issue with them. However, recently it seems that anytime I go through the drive-through, it takes absolutely forever. The last two times it took over thirty minutes to get from the speaker placing my order before I got to the window to get my food. It’s not like I was at the end of a line of 20 cars. There were only about 6 cars in front of me both times… Chick FIL A can get 15 cars through in half that time. At least the food is still good though.

I ordered two kid meals and an apple cranberry chicken salad. When I got home realized they did not put chicken on my salad. I called and informed them of their error. The worker mentioned they put the order in wrong and asked me to come back so they can replace the order. I felt that they should credit me for another salad instead of driving back to Whataburger and wait in line for them to replace a salad. I informed them they should just credit me another salad and they lady said all she can do is replace it. I will spend more in gas money than the salad cost not to mention time being wasted. Needless to say I will not be visiting this establishment again.

I was absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by manager Andrea… I ordered some Jr. Combos and they were made wrong… I called spoke to Antonio and he said he would remake At a later time… since I couldn’t go back . I went spoke to Andrea and she told me she couldn’t make my burgers until she confirmed with Antonio. She called him he didn’t answer. I felt like at this point they were calling me a liar. She refused to make my burgers and told me to come another time when Antonio was there. So I have to inconvenience myself again for there wrong. No thanks I will never go back. Mind you I was there daily. Done!
