I don’t know if it’s because the location is in a small town (Knob Noster), but they seem to always be understaffed. The bakery case is always empty. The kitchen is always extremely slow. The store inside and out is usually dirty. I love Casey’s, but this location is the worst I have ever been to.

They are very attentive and friendly. Tamara is the name of the woman who helped me and embarrassed as I felt. Being as I wanted a freshly made sub. Tamara made me feel like I’d known her before and she walked right through helping me from the bread to the condiments. Since I’m not a huge mayo kinda girl at least on my cold cuts sandwiches. I only wanted a single squirt of mayo. She was on point with what would taste amazing together. Hands down that where I’m going for my next sub.

Every time I’m in the mood for doughnuts I make the mistake of coming here. Empty as always. Off to Warrensburg. Half the drink machines are out of order, as are the gas pumps. At this point calling this a convenience store is a joke. By far the worst Casey’s I’ve been to.

Nothing is ever stocked, or made. Everyone is. Ore interested in talking to customers, instead of doing their jobs. Bathrooms are constantly disgusting, but they sure can stand around and talk.. can’t even get a breakfast sandwich in the morning, or a regular sandwich. Coffee barely made but can’t say anything. Lazy, disrespectful and just don’t care. Do yourself a favor, spend somewhere else

ice coffee is out and I come in every single week day morning so they should know by now to keep it filled. but when I ask them to fill it I either get ignored or they get an attitude about it. I usually just use a different flavor so I don’t have to bug them but I think other customers must do that as well as all 3 other flavors are typically out as well. the manager is very rude when being asked questions as well. states that she has worked at Caseys for 10 years or something along those lines. as if that’s an excuse. I wouldn’t go here if there were ANY other option in town but there just is not.

This is honestly the worst service I’ve ever gotten repeatedly, I would rather drive to warrensburg because I would have better service. I got 2 free 12 inch subs and had to wait 15 minutes to get them. The only reason this Casey’s is okay is because of the assistant manager Annette. If she isn’t here don’t even waste your time, you’d definitely have better luck just driving to warrensburg.
