I’ve tried so hard to like this location, but they fail to deliver good service. They are ALWAYS out of items. They never have proper stock. 9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. I’m not sure what the disconnect is, because all other Tim Hortons locations never seem to have the same issues Albion exudes. I drive 20min out of my way now. It’s sad.

we went in and was going to order we were the only ones in line and we waited almost ten minutes and didnt even get acknowledged, so we turned around and left then finally just before the door she said can i help you? i go there quite a bit and this is the first time its happened but i wasnt too happy! and it wasnt very good service really today

Stop buying from this Tim Hortons. Their machines don’t work and they know it and still selling nasty stuff. They have been reported numerous times for the smoothie machine and now hot chocolate. There is oil in the hot chocolate and I do have pictures to prove it.

We got here every day some times twice a day people are always friendly. Staff is always great with detail and never have had a problem other then the lids don’t fit right some times but that’s not on the location keep up the great work and don’t stress some of the comments ur always gonna have Karen’s!
