Came to Pat’s after searching all over town for homemade prepared collards.. the dish is a cabbage and collard mix, with turkey. The flavor was so good. Seasoned to perfection, tender and juicy. I also ordered a side of cornbread, which is made from scratch just like grandma did. I didn’t order anything else but I will say by the flavorfullness of the collard mix and cornbread that I will definitely come back for a main course. This place is down home good. 5 stars.

Had the chitterlings, with mashed potatoes, and collard greens. I did not like the jalapenos in the chitterlings (cook’s choice) or the amount of juice in the chitterlings. This I assume was to keep them moist but overwhelmed the flavor!

OMG this lady can cook…had a soul food plate and it was GREAT…now that I found someone that can really cook soul food…I will most definitely going back… EVERTHING WAS ON POINT…I recommend you try Pat’s Dine-in if you want some good food.
