Ordered online and showed up 25 minutes later thinking my order would be ready. Nope. The man behind the counter asked what kind of drink I would like. I told him I ordered sweet tea, “yeah, we’re out of sweet tea” okay spite what ever you have close to it, he brings back something brown on the cup… I said that’s not Sprite! Oh we’re out of Sprite, That’s like a juice tea drink. I guess it’s give the customer whatever you want to give them day. He never even asked but I wanted instead of Sprite.

Getting out of work I was craving some delicious chicken. Upon arriving at KFC I placed my order and asked them to make it fresh. Only to be sadly disappointed by over cooked chicken. You could tell they just threw it back in the fryer to heat up not caring. Not to mention I did not receive the accurate amount of chicken I paid for. I wouldn’t even serve the chicken to my own dogs. There isn’t such a thing as caring for the customers health anymore. If I had eaten that chicken I would probably be sitting on the toilet writing this review

I ordered crispy and it was more like soggy and greasy!! Also, ordered thru the app and got the little after the time suggested. I was told it would take an extra 20 min but I waited almost an hour!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place! I don’t think I’ll order here again! Worse chicken ever!

Always “runs” out of food. Honestly I don’t know how they are still in business. Disappointed in how the food tasted also. As well as when they packed my food instead of giving us the 9 piece they gave us 6 piece and we paid $17.30 for what? Dried biscuits with no flavor? It was absolutely THE worst experience I’ve ever had to endure… And this isn’t the first time.. this is the second and last next time I come to Del Rio and eat here I’m never taking my family here again second and last time!
