Used to be one of my go-to’s. Now, takes 10-15 minutes just to get to the counter to place order. Having 1 person serve and take care of payments during rush hour is pretty bad. I think food quality has gone down too. Last 2 times I tried eating there, I left without ordering.

I’m not a fan. I’ve eaten at Panda Express for over 20 years, and after my second visit to this location in the past 2 weeks, I’ll take my lunch business somewhere else. Signature orange chicken was poorly prepared, and the quality of it has definitely been changed to a heavy breading to keep prices down. I would rather pay a few extra bucks for chicken with breading versus chicken seasoned breading.

The last 12 times I have tried to eat at this Panda Express, they had brown rice once. It’s still on the menu, I am not ordering too close to opening for it not to be ready. It’s not because they just ran out, because this has been going on for months. They simply are not making it. The entire reason I go there to eat is so I can have a whole grain option. So I wait in line just to leave without food. I thought today I might get the steamed vegetables instead, even though that’s not my first choice, but they were wizened and brown. Obviously had been sitting there for a long time. If they are simply not going to make brown rice at this store, they should take it off the menu. It’s the only place I know that consistently does not have something on their menu.

Have been up there several times for dinner, hours before closing, and they are constantly out of teriyaki chicken. Only one time, out of the several, have they actually made more. Wish that one kid worked all the time. The rest are too lazy.

This location has gone downhill in the last couple years. They are usually out of something when you try to order. The rice is dry, noodles are dry, good luck ever getting String Bean Chicken. Tried the online order once and when I got there they hadn’t even started my order yet and I had to wait for another 20 minutes. If I hadn’t already paid for it online I would have left. They need an onsite manager in the facility to keep things running.
