I’ve been to Japan and had what I thought was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life but I was apparently wrong. The tomahawk steak with truffle butter was easily the best thing I’ve ever had the pleasure of putting in my mouth. If you ever find yourself looking for a fancy place to take a date on a special occasion this is the place to go. The staff was constantly waiting on us at every turn and I never felt like I had to wait for a server to show up if I needed anything. Absolutely the best restaurant experience in Boulder.

This steakhouse is gorgeous with its dark woodwork, stunning chandeliers, and antique decorations. The food is phenomenal in flavor and presentation and they have selections that are not easily found elsewhere. The only constructive feedback I have is if they expanded their wines list and hired a sommelier to curate pairings, it would complete the whole experience. The wait staff is similar to European standards where they let you have time to enjoy your food without excessive check-in’s so if you need something just motion to any one of the staff walking about and they’ll promptly assist.

Crab cakes were incredible. I got the ribeye, very tasty, but slightly tough. I was unable to finish it although it was only 12 oz. Would highly recommend the restaurant, maybe the steak I got wasn’t their normal quality.

We came here for the first time for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience! Adrian was very attentive and the host at the entrance (completely missed his name) was very personable. The whole staff were welcoming and had great recommendations. The mushroom gnocchi is an absolute must. I chose not to get the caesar salad because it was $20 per person, but I immediately regretted it after seeing it made table side for another guest. These rave caesar reviews are doubling my regret so I’ll have to go back just for that! I wish I had saved room for dessert because I bet it would be terrific.

Great place to get some steak, seafood or some drinks in Boulder. The staff is what you’d expect from a moderately priced steakhouse. Everyone is friendly and actively attends to customers without customers having to prompt them. The cowboy ribeye has to be one of the best ones I’ve had in Colorado. The cocktails were good and the restaurant overall was basically perfect.

My husband and I dined at Steakhouse 316, and we had the best Caesar Salad we have ever had, made my Michael at our table. Michael was absolutely delightful. Josh was absolutely. amazing as a server and was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine list and menu. We had an unforgettable experience with Michael and Josh and could not have been happier with our meal. better than anything in Napa or NYC or Chicago.
