Ordered carryout today at 2:00 the food was hot fresh and ready for pickup the CSR was friendly and quick to help me with my order. I will be using this Pizza Hut instead of the one on Berry from now on. The carryout game today was on point. Give this team some stars. I have been let down by alot of local pizza places but this one hit the mark today and deserves praise

My order was wrong. I called and explained my pizza was hand tossed but I ordered Pan Pizza and the receipt was correct. I called and told the person who was on the phone my order was wrong and he placed me on hold for more than 15 minutes. I called on my son’s cell phone and explained that my order was wrong and that I was still on hold on my other phone and I could speak with thr manager. The individual stated he was the manager and I asked for his name. He hesitated and then said his name was Adams – at least that is the name he gave me. I then explained for the 2nd time that my pizza was hand tossed and then he proceeded to tell me it was not handtossed and that it was Pan. I said I can bring the pizza up there and show them that it is not Pan. He insisted it was was the garlic parm sauce why pizza was flat. I asked for a general manager or corporate number & he said I would have to look that info up on my own. Poor customer service. On top of that the pizzas were not even hot.

This is hands down the worst pizza place I’ve ever been too. The leave me outside for 40 min waiting on my pizza and wings. When I get it the foods cold. Not only that but the dropped it on the floor. Then when it was remade they just didn’t add any of the toppings. I literally got a hard cold piece of bread with BBQ sauce on it..

If I could give it 0 stars I would but, this location got a-lot of druggies around the front of the pizza hut and I got attended by a dude that cant even talk and keep his eyes open due to the fact that he’s high off his mind and other workers don’t even bother putting him to the side .
