Took over 40 minutes to get breakfast for 2. Cook couldn’t do more than one plate at a time so one of our orders sat in the window for over 10 minutes. The hash browns were ice cold, and couldn’t be eaten. We observed some plates sitting in the window for 20 minutes before being served to customers. That is unacceptable!! Need to serve hot food, even if the whole table doesn’t get theirs at the same time.

Absolutely excellent food! We stopped here this weekend, just a short skip over from Brookings! I had the open face roast beef, my family had the same, but with hamburger, then we took caramel rolls to go! Major YES to it all! We joked (when hundreds of miles away) that we should have gotten more rolls, they were truly excellent. Fantastic country diner with out of this world food and very friendly service! We will return, loved it!!!

Did someone say pie?!? Not many restaurants serve baked pie from scratch – but Valley does – and they serve a variety every day. So, when you have a craving for some tasty comfort food – head to the Valley (and if you are too full from the meal you can always take the pie to go!). (And yes, service can be slow at times – but they are obviously doing their best during these times – be patient and treat all service workers with gratitude.)

The food was good, when we walked in we were not greeted at all. when we found a place to sit it took 10 mins to get our menus and order food.

$23 for fish fry. One piece of breaded cod the size of a cigar and 3 small broiled shrimp took 50 minutes to get first round. 2nd order no better. Low quality entries. 4 people over $90. Disgusting. I did have breakfast there 2 weeks ago and it was good. Avoid the fish fry.
