We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION! I’ve been to every other Checker’s location in WNY and they are no where near as bad as this one. I visited this Checker’s 5/1/2018 around approximately 6:30pm. Let’s start off with the service. You are who you hire. The employees looked disgusting and had terrible attitudes. They could be found hiding in the back away from the counter most of the time. The food was terrible. I ordered a monsterella chicken burger for myself . The mozzarella sticks that came on the burger were border line inedible. Super hard and dried out. I had to take them off my burger because I was worried I would get sick. My daughter had the $3 chicken bites box. First off they forget to give me my chicken bites with my sandwich so I had to go back and ask for them. The girl then goes back to get them as I watch her reach into a warming bin that’s super low to the ground and scrapes the chicken bites from the bottom, at this point I already knew they would not be the greatest but I didn’t make a huge deal, it’s fast food right what do you expect? She usually devours these and wouldn’t touch them so I decided to try one to see what was wrong. I felt like I was eating chicken carcass. The breading on the outside was not crunchy at all and was the same consistency as the outside. They also looked brownish, not their normal color as my daughter gets these all the time from the other locations. Now let’s get to the actually cleanliness of the building. As soon as you walk in the place looks dirty. Floors, tables, walls, trash overflowing, old sticky pop all over the machine, the condiment area disgusting, and once I saw the bathroom I would not let my daughter even use it. I will never spend my money at this location again and may never go to another Checker’s again if this is how the company is doing business.

Took my son for dinner. While we waited to have our order taken one of the employees started swearing at another customer. That customer got so upset they threw the food they had all over the restaurant. The employee then jumped over the counter and attacked the customer. Needless to say my son was afraid given what was happening. We were able to still order our food. I wish we would have just left because the food was terrible. This Checkers should be shut down. ALL of the employees should be fired. I live right around the corner and every time I stop for food the service is BAD, the food is awful, its never clean inside, and has a foul smell. Glad that it is currently closed. Hopefully for good.

Quick & easy place to eat. It’s not a healthy option but it’s super cheap. They have French fries that only Arby’s can rival. Usually I gotta the other location but Tia was really nice and gave great customer service, so I just might come back. All in all it is brand new so it’s really nice on the inside.

The people who work here could not even be paid enough in the world to act mildly happy or god forbid they had to help or take ur order in anyway, all you’d get was heavy sighs and eye rolls! This isn’t a one time incident either I’ve witnessed it 3x or more and they won’t change the .99cent chili dog off their advertisement right on Walden and transit to see so they get you in and nope their $1.99 the don’t care n I don’t want ppl that don’t care anywhere near my food! My mom stopped going when they refused to give the chili dogs for.99 as advertised and fought that they hadn’t taken it down yet( it’s been 1 month n pretty sure it’s still on the sign too)

burgers and fries are tasty and good. however, service is horrible and restaraunt is dirty. every table hasnt been cleaned and floor is extremely sticky! if it was clean i would have given it a higher star rating.
