I placed an order for delivery from this location for lunch. After an hour of waiting the tracker still hadn’t been updated to ‘out for delivery’. I called the location and the phone rang endlessly with no one answering. I tried calling back an hour later, and the same happened. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION.

I wish that I read the reviews for this location. It came up as the nearest to my office. I ordered lunch because they are “freaky fast” and I had a meeting. I guess I’m going to my meeting hungry. Wondering when they will actually show up. I tried to call the location but the phone simply rang and rang. Sigh.

Submitted an online order for delivery. After an hour of no movement on the tracker, we called asking for an update. The person answering the phone hung up on my husband after he asked for a delivery update. He called back again thinking it was a disconnection to only be hung up on again. He called back a third time and they finally agreed to cancel our order. Terrible customer service and will never be ordering from this location again.

I placed an order for a friend to have delivered at his job for lunch almost 2 hours ago. It said 18-22 minutes. The order showed completed finally over a hour later. But it was never actually delivered. The store is literally right down the street from his job. I’ve been calling the store non-stop for 45 min and no one answers the phone. It’s ridiculous.

I usually love Jimmy Johns sandwiches but I had a negative experience at this location. In the delivery instructions I asked the driver to ring the doorbell, knock, or call me when they arrived; they did none of these and put the sandwich in a difficult to see place so I did not know they had delivered it for an hour after I ordered. Then I noticed that the sandwich was missing tomatoes, was not cut in half as I requested, and did not include a pickle which I paid for or napkins which I requested. I tried calling 5 times and no one picked up until the 5th time. The person over the phone was not very considerate and asked what I would like them to do about the issue. I asked for them to re-deliver the correct sandwich order and the pickle, and to again let me know when they arrived. They again did not alert me when they arrived. The second time, the sandwich and the pickle were there, but the sandwich was poorly wrapped, very sub-par in its ingredients, and the bread tasted under-baked; I could barely finish it. I will not be ordering from this Jimmy John’s again.

I ordered through the app at 11:20pm. It is now 1:20am. No updates and no way to cancel the order. I’ve called the store around every 5 to 10 minutes with it always going to disconnect. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge for services not rendered. Don’t order delivery from this store. Given the reviews I’ve seen in the after the fact, I never would have.

Ordered for delivery. After a hour called to check on delivery. Was told driver just walked out door with food. After another hour the manager called to say driver had flat tire. The store is less than a 1/2 mile from my house. According to the reviews this is a common problem with this location. I will no longer be ordering from them. Owners of store, please do not leave you’re generic reply. It’s insulting. I better receive my refund to my account. That is all.

This Jimmy John’s is not the best because normally there is only 1 employee working and they are generally not very fast at making your sandwich. However the food is good here and the location is perfect if you live on north campus so I’d give it a 5 star based on location and food quality, service is just ok.
