Normally Mountain Mikes doesn’t disappoint. I’m not sure what was going on this day. It took over an hour to get our pizza. The fountain drink machine was having major problems. The salad bar looked good but I didn’t get one. The staff was really friendly but I hardly even saw anyone. They were all in the back the entire time. Maybe they were short staffed? It felt eery. It didn’t smell like pizza in the restaurant, which is usually a sure fire way to get the taste buds excited. Also, we followed the maps directions, and it led us to some sort of street/back parking. I didn’t really know how to get in the parking lot and I’m not familiar with this area as we were just passing through. The pizza did taste good when we finally got it. I will probably not visit this restaurant again.

Great pizza at reasonable prices. Good salads too! Nice selection of beer & wine. Friendly staff. Great place to watch sporting events. They let women watch soap operas during the day only. (OK, that last one is a lie, but you never know. Get there early on game day.)

I’ve been coming here for years. It’s always great, and my kids love it. The customer service is always nice. I’ve only had one miscommunication with the staff, and they remained very polite, and the issue was quickly resolved. I also appreciate that the place is always clean when I go there.

Dont expect help with getting the sports games on the TV’s, they don’t know how … My boyfriend wanted to watch basketball while the kids ate and they didn’t know how to work the TV’s at all. While I understand they don’t have it at home it would mean a lot to the customers if they could actually work the TV’s because what’s the point of a TV being on in the place if they can’t work them properly and change per customer request. Seems like tvs might be more for looks than actual use. Thank you for trying but it was a big disappointment when your remotes didn’t even work properly to try to change the TV myself as you suggested.

Three strikes you’re out. We go to Mountains Mikes for cheesy garlic stickd, each time we receive trash. This latest trip we received undercooked dough that was mangled and warped. Our breadsticks had little to no garlic spread and cheese? Lets not even talk about it, $10 for dough.

Eh, tried on a whim. Pics look better than the actual food. Cheese has the plastic glossy look that I hate, looks like something out of chuck e cheese. Wings weren’t good either. I’ll just stick to the big 3 -dominoes, papa johns, and pizza hut.
