I visited the first time when I was in the area last year. I had to come back during my vacation this time too!! We get the lb of peel and eat shrimp. It’s seasoned to perfection! Fries and onion rings on the side make for a fantastic early evening meal! It’ll be a must eat at place each time I come to the area!

Great local haunt frequented by both locals and tourists. Fantastic sandwiches and salads with many varieties of fish and shellfish that are always fresh. The adjacent bar serves you while in the order lne that can easily take 20-30 minutes at dinner time. Still….well worth it.

Fish Hut Grill is my favourite spot to eat in Emerald Isle. It’s become a tradition for my family that after a day at the beach we head over to Fish Hut Grill but don’t wait too long because there’s usually a line out the door. I love the rush slowly vibe of this place and the great service. Highly recommend the whole fried fish as well as the blackened grouper sandwich. For sides don’t skip out on the Minnesota poutine. Cheers.

My husband and I recently had lunch here and it did not disappoint! It was our first time in Emerald Isle and after searching online for a good place for seafood we decided to give it a try. There was a bit of a line when we arrived but it moved quickly. I had grilled shrimp and fries and it was the perfect beach lunch! It was so delicious. My husband had a fish sandwich and cheese curds and enjoyed his lunch as well. The staff were all very friendly as well. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

There’s a reason this place has a line out the door always! The food is great, the staff is friendly, and drinks are delicious. Yes there can be a wait time sometimes, but it’s worth it. The atmosphere has a fun vibe to it and while waiting you can have drinks and meet new people. They put trust in their customers as well which goes a long way in repeat business!

So good! If I were to spend a week on the island, I’d eat here every day. The line was out the door and well onto the parking lot but it moved quickly. An employee came out to take drink orders while we were in line so our drinks were ready by the time we reached the counter to order food.
