It’s a shame to even write this review because their food is always delicious however we decided to try their breakfast menu this morning and 2 out of the 3 items ordered were incorrect. Then, they had the Audacity to be rude when correcting their mistake. We have never had this issue at any of the chic fil A’s we’ve visited, I’d hate for this new location to carry a bad rep.

This Chic Fila is the closest to me. When I do drive thru, it’s good but when I go inside or use delivery, they always seem to mess up my order! It happens all the time and it seems as if the people taking orders inside don’t know English well enough to know the difference between a fruit salad and mac&cheese!!! I’m bilingual but it’s frustrating still… please do better!

I am very sorry to put a bad review but it is that there are many times that they give me the wrong order. I ordered 12 pieces of nuggets and they gave me 8 grilled chicks. I asked the person at the window if everything was ok with the order and he said yes. I’m not going back to the store like I had to do the other times. Really pay more attention because you don’t play with people’s money. It is the fourth time that they give me the wrong order, on one occasion I asked for the nuggets and they gave me the box empty.

I live 2 blocks away and this is the 2nd and last time I visit this location. 1st time I made a large order and they gave it to me incomplete, I brushed it off because people make mistakes… but Today, I ended up making an order via Drive-thru, with a nice young lady who took the order. When driving up to get my food, no greeting, no “hellos”, no “we will be with you shortly”… NOTHING!. I was greeted with a girl who chose to give me her back and not ONCE acknowledged my existance at her drive-thru window. This is NOT how chic-fil-a operates so I KNOW this is strictly a managerial incident considering its the only Chic-fil-a within a 10 mile radius with a rating under 4 stars, that speaks volumes!. This facility needs to work on their logistics and customer service training and most importantly, hold their employees (managers) accountable for their lack of service and training. Get it together, I’m sure I’m not the only customer who is willing to drive an additional 10 minutes to be treated like a human at another chic-fil-a. I wish i would have gotten the employees name, but just incase they wish to look this incident up, it happened at 3:20pm on 6-14-2023.

We were so excited to finally have a Chick fil a close to home and have always had the best experience with them. At this location, we weren’t given the correct size fries, they forgot our sauces & messed up on our chicken sandwich order. Not even any napkins and straws. Unfortunately we had the worse experience at this location, extremely disappointing!!

Awful experience. Have always been to the Miami Lakes location and never had an issue everything always great, but I came to try this one out and definitely will not be coming back. The service from the cashier (she was a dark haired young girl with glasses) was awful. She didn’t even greet us, she had an attitude, and got our order completely incorrect and overcharged us for incorrect items. Then when we ask nicely to fix our order after we got it (we didn’t ask for our money back, just the correct items) it is done with attitude. Thankfully manager was there and very nicely insisted on helping us out. But will not be coming back to this location.

Chick-fil-A is always great, food was amazing but this location is pretty slow but it’s convenient. Also (bit of caution) it floods with water really bad by the order area when it rains.

Worst experience ever. I love chick fil a and we go to the franchise locations a lot, but this was my first time here (this location) and honestly never again. I waited 35 minutes to get my food. I was double charged and they didn’t provide my receipt on the spot like they usually do. I asked for the receipt and waited a while because they needed to run food and my receipt wasn’t first priority. Which is fine, however the people running food to the cars were lost. The cars around me were getting upset. When it came to my refund they kept either saying they gave me the receipt and card. I kept reminding them they didn’t, the workers seemed all over the place. This location reminds me of a daycare. 1 person to 20 individuals. While they’re nice, they seem very overwhelmed and lost. By the time I got my receipt and refund, my food was cold. This location either needs more employees or needs to train the employees better.
