We had an amazing meal here. The appetizers and pasta were amazing. Two in our party ordered ravioli and my daughter said she has been dreaming about it since. The owner/chef was incredibly kind when we called to make a reservation. Our server was wonderful. All around- everything was fresh, delicious, and accompanied with great service! Both kids loved the mock tails and we enjoyed some great wine as well.

Perfect night! The steak was cooked perfectly and the special wild shrimp pesto pasta was absolutely amazing. Overall, great food! Everything was full of flavor and just cooked to perfection. The chef did an amazing job. We also had the peach salad (amazing!) and scallop appetizer. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who passes through Ketchum. It is a must go!

Fantastic restaurant, group had meatball app, Caesar salad, halibut and scallops perfectly cooked and tasty, ID wagyu striploin rich and delicious, organic pan seared chicken perfectly seared, Bolognese scrumptious, Carbonara savory delicious, Ragu de fungi rich and excellent mushrooms, everything was phenomenal. Nicely decorated and the bar is beautiful antique wood, the entrance is on the side off 5th street. Strongly recommend.

We enjoyed dinner at Il Naso on Aug 7. The food was delicious, one of the best meals we have had out for quite awhile. The halibut was perfectly cooked with clams the were sweet and tender. The grilled peach salad in season and a generous portion. Can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I came into Sun Valley for our summer visit from Boise. We picked Il Naso based on its reviews and past experience under previous ownership. Upon ordering the chicken we asked if it was dark or light meat. They let us know it was dark so we ordered it. They served a breast. Not what was ordered. The server was put out when I requested having them char the outer skin. And confused. The issue isn’t the mistake because mistakes happen. Not a big deal but the defensiveness of the entire group of people we dealt with was distasteful. The server was frozen and couldn’t figure out the issue. The manager brashly told us ‘ it’s chicken’. In other words. Deal with it ! Then the chef who I believe is the owner came out and lectured us about the fact that fine dining never serves dark chicken meat. How would I know this since I am not a chef. But somehow despite what the server said it felt like ‘how stupid of me to expect any different’. So at the end of all this there was zero remorse. I chose not to order something else since my husband was almost done. What do you think we were charged for. The rest of the meal!! That’s right. No credit for the horrible service and attitude. Just credit for the chicken. Furthermore on the busiest night in Sun Valley the restaurant if very empty. We wondered why. Now we know. Clearly the word is out!!!

We stopped in realizing that the whole town seemed to be booked up for dinner. We sat in the bar ordered wine for which Evan (the bartender) was spot on with his recommendations. Eventually the very attentive bartender let us know he would inquire with chef about letting us order food. We ordered the soup of the evening salad and the shrimp with lobster sauce ravioli special. Followed with tiramissu. Everything was delicious with a tremendous attention to detail. Lovely decor, big windows, well trained staff and delicious food.

Loved the lighting, menu & wine list. We went for Valentines Day & are so glad we made reservations. The BEST thing we had on the menu was the veal meatballs over polenta, do yourself a favor and order that for sure! Only reason not giving 5 stars is the wild boar lasagna was cold inside. The Italian wedding cake was so-so.

Fine dinning! We Had a great expierence at II Naso. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and was greeted by name. They seated us in a nice corner booth with a view of the mountains. Modern folk music played in the background setting a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. We started off with the Antipasto which was wonderful with various meats and cheeses with grapes and tossed arugula. Our main dishes were Rainbow Trout special and Filet Mignon. Both very delicious. The fire roasted/grilled asparagus and gorgonzola butter was the icing on the cake! It was easy to make a reservation right on their website.
