This Sonic is HORRIBLE. Are there more than 2 other cars there? It takes them 15-20 min to even take your order. Expect hot food? LULZ! It has the temp of just coming out of the walk in cooler. Go to Stars. Better food, actual service. The manager and GM should be ashamed of themselves to be running such an establishment.

Poor and unacceptable. I ordered my meal for me and my mother. Our drinks tasted like straight up cleaning chemicals, our pop corn chicken was just chicken strips cut up. I have stomach and kidney problems my mouth and tongue are dried out from the chemicals. If you want to save the risk from going to the ER I suggest no one take there family, kids ect here. Honestly it’s so inhumanely publicly unacceptable I wouldn’t even take a rat here to eat. I tried and called to complain I called 39 times not a soul picked up the phone.

Went to Sonic on west university staff having trouble hearing ur order drove to window took them forever to come to window once my order was ready young man set it on counter walked away had to wave him down to give me my order. I gave yaw two stars for service because the service in afternoon and evening is not worth more than that sorry too say the morning crew is awesome

The food was fine. It was the staff that was incredibly rude. Drove up to an order station and pressed the button. It was busy so I figured it would take a minute. Five minutes pass and I press the button again. No answer. Five more minutes pass and I press the button one more time. Again no answer. I assumed the intercom or button must be broken even though I saw no sign indicating that so I drove to another order station. IMMEDIATELY after I press the button, a girl comes on the intercom and berates me saying “you should probably figure out that the machine is broken after pressing it several times, ill be right with you!” I instantly see red and am furious so I reverse and go through the drive thru window instead. I hate confrontation but hot damn did that girl need an attitude check. I swear I’m not trying to be like one of those Karens but I didn’t deserve the backlash of whatever bad day she was having. There’s a Stars close by. Think I’ll try that place next time and hope I dont have to deal with that nonsense.

This sonic is the worst!! I recently went on a Tuesday night around 8:30-9 to buy food after a softball game and was told it was going to be a while before they could take my order if I wanted to wait if not I could leave! They only had 3 cars at the time and I think they were all waiting too… they had me waiting for 20 minutes until I gave up and left!

Watched staff talk in parking lot with headsets on while red button activated. Waited 10 minutes and watched at least 2 other cars leave. Bad business and by the other reviews, surprised managent hasn’t been changed.
