Food was too oily than expected and there is some kind of bad smells coming from the food when I tested. The asian lady working there is too rude and doesn’t changed my food. Overall, bad customer service and very bad food quality.

This place used to be really great when they first opened, and pretty much the first year, they were awesome. But now the place is very obviously ran by children that have no proper work ethic. The food seems like it’s just sitting there waiting to be tossed in whatever sauce is ordered. Nothing seems fresh anymore, and the place looks like they barely try to clean. The staff is the only problem with this place. But I understand, kids are way cheaper to employ than people with actual responsibilities like bills, kids, and rent. Because you can pay them the bare minimum, you shouldn’t expect maximum effort in customer service. But the wings are just barely good enough to keep some people coming back. I really hope they fix the problem because they used to be really great…

I usually go to a different spot for my wing cravings but I wanted to try something new and gave this place a try. Their buffalo is good but the wings could be drenched in a little more flavor, the lemon pepper tasted great and the garlic parmesan was the perfect crispness and new flavor I was looking for. The only downer was the small ranch they give you. I had 20 wings, cajun fries, veggie sticks and by my 4th wing I was almost out of ranch which sucked because I had to use a different type and my food didn’t taste the same. I would come back but would ask for the buffalo to be extra saucy and order a bucket of their ranch.

The energy could have been a little more better when walking in. I felt as if they thought I didn’t want to eat. Came in with nobody here but three people ( me being included)… no smells of chicken wings or ribs in the place.. super dull..had to go home and put some seasoning on my shrimps…smh.. wings were just okay…

Worst place ever. Don’t ever eat here, the food is always cold and the employees don’t tell you when the food is ready you have to go out of your way and keep asking. The employees especially the lady in the front she just walks around stretching and acting like she doesn’t wanna be there all lazy and with an attitude. If you don’t wanna be there then quit. Nobody needs your attitude. Never coming here again, the cheese is disgusting and cold too just like the fries and wings. I spent like $40 for some food and it was so disappointing. Seriously you guys need to fix something or train those employees about some manners and hospitality. Treat customers with respect not like they’re bothering you.
