Good and fast service with an interesting menu. It allowed the picky people in our party to order basics and the more experimental to branch out. Our server was spot on. The restaurant had a few tables taken but there was ample seating and no wait. We were even able to snag 2 of the parking spots in the back. Will definitely be back.

Beyond DELICIOUS hamburgers cooked how you like it… Pure perfection! The restaurant is immaculately clean with additional layers added to secure customers health and safety. BGR has an app where you can earn points and rewards … You even get a FREE burger after your first purchase. Plus you can use the app to order for pick up! The the restaurant employees are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I highly recommend BGR!

My burger was just a bit underdone, everything else great and fast. I asked them just to cook it a minute or two longer but the manager came over, apologized, and took care of everything. That was a very nice experience and I’ll be back again.

Overall, this is a really awesome spot. This is very similar to a 5 Guys, but has a lot more variety in both Burger options and non-burger options. The prices are reasonable and Service is very friendly. I really enjoy the table set ups with condiment options as well. I feel the quality of Burger is a tad better at 5 Guys, but this is still a wonderful spot. Definitely recommend.

I came to this spot for lunch with my sister. When we arrived I found parking nearby. We walked in and was served by a really nice cashier. I had a buy one get one coupon and they honored it. I ordered a hotdog with sauerkraut and carmalized onions and my sister got the chipotle burger. It came to $12. When we got home we dug in. The hot dog was supposed to be Nathan’s but it didn’t taste like it. It wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad. All in all we had an ok experience.

I went to BGR (South Orange) and ordered their Wagyu-Truffle Burger (Medium Rare) w/ a Fried Egg, Raw Red Onions, Lettuce, Tomato, Sharp Cheddar, Mayo, & Avocado. My side was their Mac n Cheese. Accompanied by their Oreo Handspun Shake. The burger was very middling, not at all what I expected from a ‘Wagyu Beef-Truffle’ Burger. I’d give the burger’s flavor a 4/10. Their Mac n Cheese, was subpar at best, would give it maybe a 2-3/10. But their Oreo Shake was phenomenal! 7/10, easily! My burger did not come with the Avocado, nor did it come Medium Rare, as ordered. Could have just been an order error. The staff was very caring and excellent at customer service. The person who took my order was very patient and an excellent salesman. The place was very clean and orderly, and the option to dine-in was a huge plus! I’d rate my total experience (maybe just for this specific time), a 6/10. The ambience is so vital to a great experience, and that boosts my total score for the experience a little higher. The food on the other hand was very middling at best. For $26 my expectations were through the roof, but I would not let it hinder me from going there again to try something different! I would absolutely try BGR (South Orange) again, but this time with a better grasp of what I am getting into. All-Around the food was ok, the staff was amazing, and the overall experience was very middling.

I was craving a really good late night burger and after doing some research, I stumbled upon BGR. I decided to order the bison chipotle burger and I’m so glad i did. My biggest mistake was not ordering a double patty because I ate this burger so fast, it left me wanting more. I was legitimately still hungry. It was delicious, juicy, welll seasoned and I love all of the toppings you get to choose from. I came back a week later and ordered the same burger with a double patty and it was even BETTER. Double patty bison chipotle burger HIGHLY recommend!
