Found this place a couple years ago randomly after an event at Road America. I’ve been coming back every year since! Great food, great service (race weekends can get a bit hectic/slow but that’s to be expected, and the staff has always been amazing), and a cool atmosphere just minutes from the track. Awesome wing sauce selection and their tot bowls are to die for (get the Big Mac!)

Stopped here for a sandwich and a cold beer after a fall hike on the Zilmer trails in The Kettle Moraine. We had a corned beef on rye. They do their own brisket. They are known for their Tater Tot bowls. I had the famous version which was excellent! Gravy, corn and chunks of fried chicken over tater tots in a bowl. They have a number of options. See the picture of tater tot bowl choices. Great service!

This was my first visit to Lakehouse B&G but not my last. The food was fantastic. I ordered their incredible fish fry while my family all ordered one of their tater tot bowls. The server was hilarious and helpful as she knew exactly how to deal with my grumpy uncle Jerry lol. It was definitely a great visit, and you should go try their tots.
