In love with my lettuce wrap. Ham, cheese bacon, tomato, mayo. There ice coffee is amazing. I always order on the phone to pickup, can have long lines. When I come in everthing is always ready. The staff is always friendly and accomodating.

This deli is great! The food is good and the service is good. There is one employee there that is extremely nasty every time I go. She wears a pink hat and is tall. I asked her a simple question today and she gave me an extremely nasty attitude. That is not the first time I’ve seen her be nasty to the customers. She takes a very long time to make the sandwiches and most of the time messes up the order because she is talking to the employees and making you wait rather than make your sandwich. If she left, this deli would be better as a whole. No one needs a nasty attitude when they are spending money at your establishment.

So I never post reviews. But I feel like I gotta here… I used to absolutely love this place like we went every single day. Lately maybe a year or so my order is always wrong. Even if the place is slow. This morning I got the usual bacon egg and cheese with salt pepper ketchup… And no salt pepper ketchup. Last time they forgot the cheese. Before that grilled cheese with ketchup, missing the ketchup. Pbj on toasted bagel… Bagel not toasted. Idk I’m not a petty person and I don’t usually complain but it’s literally always wrong. It’s a shame .

Ok .not great..cold cuts are pre sliced for speed,but dry and sometimes days old..chicken cutlets are a hit or miss..sometimes they are old and hard . particularly beginning of week..friendly and quick service always . prices are reasonable for today.havent tried hot food.but they do offer staples you would expect from a deli like meatloaf or roast chicken plates with rice or potatoes.

Food and service are fantastic. Don’t let some of these snobby comments affect your decision to come here. We come to Oyster Bay two times a year and this is by far the best place to get breakfast sandwiches. People are spoiled and have no clue as to what they have.

Had a wonderful experience with this store, the cashiers are extremely nice and patient. Best store to buy food or to just grab a snack ! I go here for breakfast and lunch everyday lol. When I tell it’s literally the best, it’s the best !!
