General tsos was crispy and fresh and delicious, crab Rangoon and Shanghai spring rolls were probably the best I’ve had (lots of places don’t cook them right), scallion pancakes were super hot and fresh delicious also. But the beef fried rice wasn’t great, beef was grey, unappetizing. I’m giving it 5 stars total because everything else was amazing and it overpowers the bad rice. Best Chinese restaurant in Suffolk county!

IF I COULD I GIVE IT TO THEM 0 STARS!!! I CALLED THIS AFTERNOON TO PLACE A ORDER IN THIS PLACE THAT I USE ONCE A WEEK A LEASE. BUT THIS TIME IT WAS THE LAST ONE SO I PLACE THE ORDER AS USUALLY AND THE GUY WHO ATTEND THE PHONE START TO SCREAM AND HE SAID I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT DO YOU WANT AND I’M BUSY NOW. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN HIM HE WAS UPSET AND HE SAID THAT HE DOESN’T CARE HE DON’T UNDERSTAND. THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAN THAT THEY LIVE FROM THE CUSTOMERS AND I SPEND MY MONEY IN THEY PLACE AND I DESERVED RESPECT!!!! DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE PLEASE.

I needed to find a close-to-home chinese take out (Got tired of traveling 25 minutes round-trip) and I heard from neighbors that Uncle Ray won’t disappoint. They were right! I had the steamed Gen Tso chicken with chicken lo mein. It was a bit more spicy than I’d like but it was delicious. Their cheese wontons are so crispy too! The teriyaki beef sticks were tender and just the right amount of teriyaki flavor.

Seriously, the best Chinese food in Middle Island. So far I had the pork lo main & pork egg foo young, the pork fried rice was just okay. But the other 2 dinners were absolutely delicious. They gained a new customer. I give this place a AAA+++
