No problem with food, but often times have to wait for a long time to get food. Ice cream is served right away, so once the food comes out it’s half melted. Hardly ever normal wait times. It takes almost as long as a sit-in restaurant. There’s definitely a big change since the rebuild, and not for the better.

Ordered a dinner box. No cheeseburgers. Got a Big Mac in a quarter pounder box. Tried calling to let them know. Just get a busy signal and then it hangs up. Spent 40$ n didn’t get all my food. Something is always wrong with our order and it’s not cheap because we’re a big family.

Why is it $1.39 to add cheese to a sandwich? This McDonald’s is outrageously priced compared to others. We frequent many other restaurants in several countries and states and this one is consistently more expensive. Generally we drive out of our way to not stop at this one because between the price and the wait it’s usually not worth it. I will say for as busy as this one is you would think you would try to have the best staff and management you could, but that’s not the case. I’ve been in line on average 15 minutes for breakfast and seen people just walk out. One lady in line literally downloaded the app, did a mobile order and got her food before she would have even been able to place her order because the line was so long. It’s really a shame.

I am highly allergic to onions so if it has onions on it, I do not order it just in case they mess up. I ordered 2 Mc chickens off the dollar menu plain. If the workers mess up, it would come with lettuce and mayo. We’ll I bit into my 2nd Mc chicken and there were a few pieces of chopped onion! And I had to go to the hospital because some lazy kid replaced the bun from a different sandwich! I will be contacting someone about this. Yall do not deserve 15 an hour.

Everyone will always eat at McDonald’s because let’s face it, its McDonald’s but I have to say of all of the McDonald’s in multiple counties I have ever been too this one is ridiculous. They pull you to the front of the store every single time. You never get your food at the window and it would be one thing of they are making everything fresh for you in the kitchen. But that’s not what’s happening. Someone needs to get a grip on operations here. Unfortunately it’s the only McDonald’s around and my kids of course always want chicken nuggets so I am forced to patronize this establishment.

What’s with the policy of not handing out to go cups until the order is ready and handed to the customer. I have never waited less than 10 minutes for a to go order in the dining room at McDonalds since the pandemic. I’m hoping it’s not because McDonalds KNOWS this and a) doesn’t want the customer drinking too much, or b) employees can’t keep track of handing out cups. Neither is a good look for Ole micky ds . I propose that allowing customer to get their drink while waiting for the order would make the wait time less dominate to the customer as they try not to over fill, find the right Lids, search for the straws, and look for the little hole to put the staw wrapper in. The time would fly by …..ridiculous

Test Test
Nice building, and nothing more. They charge you more to get a bottle of water instead of a soda also even when not busy they push you through the drive through to wait in front of the store so it makes it awkward to ask for ketchup. Thank god I work in multiple locations daily so I don’t have to come back to this location again.
