My family tried to go there to eat,the drive thru line was long so we decided to go inside to order. We stood there for several minutes before we were even acknowledged and they said “we will take your order in a minute” I’m watching one guy making food and I think he was on something. I’m watching him slowly and I mean slowly put cheese on two burgers. At that point I’d had enough so we just left. Good does taste good though. I have eaten there other times without problems. That day they were terrible though.

Went rive thru today at 1116 am. 12 10 The services great.. drive thru girl was very friendly. Asked for lots of ketchup.. not just 4 with all my food … Manager I believe it was manager said give less ketchup .. she gave what I asked .. so manager needs not to try skimp on ketchup or not give what I asked for .. 8 ketchups for alot of food is adequate… Don’t correct a employee in front of a customer that is given what is asked for ….. Your employees just saved a review not being low… ..

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever witnessed. Winner that lady was with the headset on was out of control. She was taking my order and said she didn’t hear me to pull up to the window and she would take my order. I pulled to to the window and no one was there. People inside were making drinks and filling orders. Totally ignoring me. I finally got their attention and explained what happened. She went to get the lady with the headset but she wouldn’t come. So the young lady started taking my order. Then someone else came up to help her. NOT the lady with the headset. Midway through the second last read pointing at the screen realizing they were duplicating three part of the order the last with the head set had started. They were trying to sort it out. Needles to say many cars drive off. I know I was at that window for 20 minutes. SO NOW the last with the headset comes in and takes over. It was total chaos. The just with the headset never opened the window. The young lady had already made our coffee and iced coffee. But she was doing it again. She didn’t ask the two who were trying to help.

I would say it was a very hostile atmosphere. I heard cussing in the kitchen. I had a cashier in front of me saying that I guess she has to go back and get the ketchup to which my wife replied if you. Want I will because that’s what I need to. It was not a good experience.

I was passing through and stopped in for a quick bite. While I was there, the pregnant manager verbally attacked an elderly couple and called the police on them. I sewn the whole thing play out and then was in an ear shot of her lying to the cops about what went down. I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the unprofessional staff.

30 minute drive through time. Redefining “fast food”! One more time like that and it’s definitely my last for this restaurant! Also the prices are OUTRAGEOUS for ALL these restaurants. Plain bacon double cheeseburger, med fries & large drink for almost $10! C’mon now!

My impossible whopper was literally a brick and not even an impossible but that was after I went thru the drive thru and didn’t get it so I had to go inside and get it. Didn’t even get a sorry for the inconvenience or anything.
