Place is honestly not worth the remodel and corporate needs to properly train the staff. I’ve attempted over the last few months to give them a try and every single time I order specific things they are missed, plain with no condiments or the one thing that was specific on a burger missed. All are online orders as well so there is no communication issues. Do better. You just lost yet another customer.

This place is terrible. Unpleasant staff. Grown men burping and cursing in front of customers to be funny? I don’t know but it was disgusting and unappetizing. Not to mention they messed up my order and then when it was given back it had a long piece of blonde hair in it. Worst of all there was a large piece of burnt food or charcoal in my sandwich. See photo below, I can decipher what it is. I bit into it unknowingly, and was hit with the most unpleasant taste i’ve ever experienced. Absolutely would never recommend to anyone.

Want to give a shout to the workers at this BK. This week I had the displeasure of seeing a woman with her animal kids all but try to destroy the dining area. Her kids were even trying to steal from a donation set up. The workers politely asked the mom and children to respect the restaurant, the property, and patrons. The clueless mom had the nerve to say “kids will be kids.” Animal mom also threatened staff for politely asking kids to stop running around, destroying property and putting people at risk. I got up and left asap. Could not deal with the noise or lack of parenting.
