Drove to this location a few days ago, Thursday, July 6, 2023 and the interior was empty. No people, no tables, no chairs, no electricity. Graffiti spray painted on the windows, trash around the outside, random vehicles parked in the stalls with no one inside the restaurant. Submitted a ‘closed’ edit suggestion to Google and it was not approved. This place is clearly not open for business but Google maps says it is. DO NOT waste your time driving to this location. It is empty and definitely closed.

The cook at this particular location is absolutely a horrible cook. Doesn’t know how to read and your subs will not come the way you order them. Also doesn’t know how to treat customers. I recommend not to go to this location. I really do like John Smith subs though.

Terrible kid on the phone was not listening to my husband. Took order. When he picked up and brought home was not our order. We ordered a gator and a triple deli. We got a meatball and turkey with bacon and lettuce. We were so hungry from working all day we suffered thru it. Sadly we paid double for what we actually got and to tied to go back out again. Will not ever be back again I don’t even want to give a star. Something has really gone wrong with customer service and good service. I would never do this being in customer service but things need to change, management needs to step up for what they get paid. Or get rid of them

Have to say how disappointed I was with my roast beef sandwich. The meat was so thick I practically needed a knife and fork to cut it with. Could not even bite through it, had to literally GNAW it to get a piece off. Flavor of the rare roast beef was good but it was full of gristle and there is very little meat in the sandwich for the price you pay. Probably would have been a lot more meat if they bothered to thin slice it instead of giving me huge hunks. This is the second time I’ve had this sandwich. Both times they were the same so I don’t see anything changing and will probably never order it again.
