Make sure you check your order before you leave! I ordered and was charged for a 5 piece chicken strip. When I got home, there were only 3 in the box! And when you call them, they don’t answer.

On Aug 22, I picked up an order around 5:30 pm. There were three Latino workers, 2 female and 1 male. I couldn’t hear the older female worker so I asked her to repeat herself a couple of times. She wasn’t at the front counter but near the fryers. After the interaction, the younger female worker whispered into the ear of the older female worker and laughed at my interaction/at me. I am a disabled veteran and I lost some of my hearing while serving in the Navy. It’s embarrassing when people think my hearing disability is funny. I definitely will not be stopping here again.

I wish I could give zero stars review. What’s the problem with that when you get to this branch absolutely awful service the food is old and test like poop . Unfortunately to say that I was one of the jacks employee at Georgetown location . And we had great customer service never served old food talk to customer like family. I been to this location like for times in all times and got one time food and the rest of the time they were closed at 11:35 the did not serve food when you come to drive through at 10:40 you have to order online that’s what they said. And the last time they were also closed at 11: 30.

The food is fine here … when you can get it. Chronic labor and ingredient shortages make this location a dice roll at the best of times and you can never tell whether it’ll be the dining room or the drive thru closed at any given time.

I wouldn’t even bother going to this Jack-in-the-Box if I were any of you. The workers here are absolutely incompetent and don’t even bother reading what it is that you ordered. Aside from that they don’t have enough common sense to two and two together.

I’m only there for the tacos. Things can really get expensive there quickly if you’re not careful. Employees don’t seem upbeat at all. Manners are out of the question. I asked for a couple of waters and was handed only one. I quickly corrected the girl who was taking my order. She seemed annoyed with me that she failed to understand what the simple word couple meant. A more upbeat , kinder employee remedied the order while the other girl frowned and pretended to be more concerned with a different order on her headset to be rude with. Employees like that say a lot about their Management’s lack of hiring abilities. At least the tacos were still good.

Worker extremely rude, short and dismissive. Out of almost every drink and would not just say what they have instead just kept saying nope, nope, nope. Practically threw us the food and card back after paying. If she would spend more time on being polite than she did on the spiders on her eyes it would have been a great experience.

Tacos sucked. Didn’t look like the picture at all. Burger was good but keeps getting smaller. I remember when you got the jumbo jack is was pretty big like whataburger. And it was like a dollar something. That was 2008. They should call it the medium jack now.

Stopped by this jack in the box because their hours posted say that they are open until midnight but I guess the employees decided to close at 10pm. And from the reviews left for this location, it’s a regular occurrence. This place needs better management asap.

The prices at this location are more expensive than my local jack in the boxes. Paid $13 for a small double meat combo, where I’d pay $9 for. Might just be because it’s in a higher volume location. Service was fast and friendly, but pricey for a fast food sandwich.
