A place in order to doordash through Subway Jerusalem Avenue in Merrick I never received my order but they took my money out of my account for the order I keep getting text saying that it was delivered and I never received anything so I went down to the store they said they never received the order so I don’t know who use my name but it came out of my account and somebody got free food tonight never again through doordash you can forget it. I keep getting text saying that my order was delivered I don’t know who they delivered it to but I never got it I spoke to doordash and they said that they going to refund my money we’ll see.

I’ve been going to this subway for a long time and never had problems. I order the same sandwich like I always do, and at the end, I noticed the price was much higher than usual. I asked the worker why so much and she says because she put in extra food. I never asked for anything extra and she says oh I’m sorry maybe next time but you have to pay this. Terrible service! I have been coming to the subway since they opened. Everyone is very polite. Unfortunately one of the gentleman that works on Sunday afternoon for some reason doesn’t wanna wear his mask over his nose and mouth. He always has it on under his chin. I I’ve brought it to his attention in the past but clearly he doesn’t care. Please let’s be safe and follow all CDC rules. I want to keep coming back.

My experience at Subway was terrible, the food is great but the people who are taking the order are very rude. The person who was taking my order today 8/22/2020/ was touching the food and the computer at the same time. I tell her to change the gloves because she was going to touch my food again. I don’t elk her because of safety to change the gloves and she said that if I want to be safety I have to cook at home. Nobody can tell me where to eat and I think that was very disrespectful. If subway don’t get money the girl it’s not going to have a paycheck.
