I went to the store to order 2 large 1 topping pizzas. There was no sign showing prices ( being updated). I paid $18 for each pizza. Another customer came in a few minutes later and asked if there were any specials and he was told large 1 toppings are only $10. I approached the counter and asked why that was not mentioned to me when I ordered and was told, “ you have to ask”. I mentioned that I had looked online for specials but did not see any. Was told it was an in store only. Again there was no sign showing pricing and I feel that good customer service would have been to tell me that there were specials when I ordered. I was told it was too late to do anything about it, and that they could not refund any of my money. This was at the College Rd location in Fairbanks AK.

Completely understaffed. Every time I go in it’s one guy doing the work of 10 people, no wonder orders take a long time. Sucks to see corporate places like this taking advantage of their employees and not staffing properly. If you are a doordasher, I would recommend not accepting orders here unless you want to sit in your car and wait for an hour.

They were not attentive when I walked in to pick up our order, when I got home to have dinner we opened the boxes of wings that we received. We ordered some without sauce and some garlic parmesan, we received no sauce at all on our wings. When I tried to call them they did not answer the phone so I drove back to the store with my wings that were supposed to have sauce. When I showed the wings to them all they said was we can fix that for you and poured sauce on the now cold wings put foil on top and handed it back to me. That is not how good customer service works, what should have been done was to remake the order correctly. I will be getting in touch with the district manager as to this is not the first time this has happened to our order. I will no longer go to this location. This location has gone down hill and it shows that they have absolutely no pride or care at all about their work ethics or customer service. Also the woman who put the sauce on my wings was wearing a filthy shirt, I do not understand how people think that all this is okay in a work environment.

Definitely disappointed with my order. Cheese was just a glob on top of pizza and wasn’t melted. Had a strange taste to it and didn’t taste fresh at all. Not appetizing at all!

Best pizza in town! I only order from here when I do get takeout, yes sometimes it takes awhile to get the food delivered but who cares, they’re making my dinner for me! Never had any issues with this place. I mean just take a moment to look at this pizza, for real.

This review is not for pizza but for the delivery driver Mo, last Thursday, we were staying downtown and need some baby stuff for my brother’s one years old, so me and my sister-in-law walked from downtown to Safeway to get it, after we got what we need, we decided to try the bus to go back downtown, and in the parking lot late evening looking for bus stop, Mo stopped by ask us what we were looking for probably because we look lost and then he offered us free ride back to downtown hotel where we were staying. What a kind heart! Thank you!! Mo is very kind and friendly, we can’t say thank you enough. As we were only in downtown for one night, so didn’t get the chance to order pizza, but we ordered from papa john’s in our home town all the time. Papa Johns pizza is always fresh & hot!

From not answering the phone to long delivery and carryout wait times, it makes for an experience that at times can be best described as dreadful. I’ve even called corporate asking dor help with online orders and was told there is nothing they can do.

This is what I received from this location of papa John’s. I called to complain that there is an eaten chicken wing when I opened the box and the guy told me the manager was on the way to my house. After 30 minutes I called again about this issue and they told me the manager isn’t even there. I told the girl on the phone that there is a eaten chicken wing in my order and she didn’t even acknowledge it. They hung up on me and lied about the manager coming. This is the worst customer service experience ever and I will never order from here again. I advise you all to stay away from this establishment.
