I get my coffee here every single day and the staff is amazing the kids here do a wonderful job today I had the worst experience with what seems to be a manager or supervisor named Sam she was completely rude and insulting. I ordered my coffee on the go and I was asking one of the associates when they get it could they add a syrup to it because I forgot and she completely cut me off said don’t talk to him make this coffee 1st. Cut me off extremely rude. So I quietly walked down to the end of the counter and waited. Then when I got my coffee with out any syrup I simply tried to explain to her I was just asking him when he gets my order to add syrup and she goes yeah we don’t do that here we can’t do that here. I explained to her I forgot to add it when I ordered. She took the cup pretended to add syrup and gave it back to me. Then I said Mr. Snow syrup in this cup could you please add some syrup and she goes well we normally charge extra but here you go I’ll add extra. She put Is a completely different syrup in the cup. At that point I said ma’am you’re being extremely rude and she goes off on me poor baby Ah too bad Ah. Unbelievable I would like the owner of this establishment to reach out to me please.

The Workers at this D&D are HORRIBLE!!! They were RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL….I asked for the managers name or number and was told 800-GO AWAY….. I will NOT give this D&D my money anymore! I would rather drive to another D&D and I guess that’s what I will do.

Everytime I come here I order mini bagels and the last 4 days I’ve asked the people in the drive through to please cook them twice . I have been getting mini bagels that are cooked on the outside but frozen in the insides and it’s nasty . No matter how many time I say “ can you cook them twice “ they never do and I ened up with food that is hot on the outside and frozen in the insides that’s gross . I keep spending money on an order I keep repeating myself over and over and over again about cooking them twice . Will not continue to come here .
