We’ve been here a few times since it opened and we moved up here. We came from an area with its own Primo that we used to frequent. This place is just as good if not better than our old Primo. Ingredients are fresh and service is prompt. If I was going to complain at all it’s the prices are on the higher end (what isn’t these days) and there is no tap for drinks it’s all bottles. But they are not deal breakers by any means. We will return.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. One of the best hoagies I’ve ever had, I have at least one a week. It is a bit pricey but it is so worth it, plus it helps keep my money from burning a hole in my pocket.

Sharp Italian sub was ok enough for the price but the roll was a total disappointment. I was looking forward to the crunchy seeded primo roll and instead was given a regular sub roll.

Got a regular sized cheesesteak and the sharp Italian. Quite impressive for a chain, they get all the ingredients right (Liscio’s seeded roll), and even offer cooper sharp cheese for the cheesesteaks. The Italian was loaded and very good. It’s a really great option for Philly style hoagies and cheesesteaks. They do it right here.

The quality of the food is great but the past 5 times I’ve tried to order from the store my order was wrong. This is through take out, delivery, or dine in. This latest time my order was wrong and then when I took it back for another, the remake was wrong as well. I ended up just getting a refund. I don’t know if I’ll be back again.

Not sure about the authenticity of some reviews here. Been a huge fan of Primo, always tried to stop by one when visiting the Philly area. Our third time picking up today, no issues, nothing but great things to say. The place is clean and the staff was nice. Price is expensive, but you’re paying for quality. Will definitely be back.

I got an Old Italian sub. It was absolutely the worst sub I’ve ever gotten… Anywhere! Maybe because I was there at about 6:45 PM? Whatever the reason all the lettuce was old and wilted tomatoes were a pale orange colored with absolutely no taste. I requested no onions and got no oil or vinegar, but ton of salt pepper, and oregano The meats were mostly fat, and I threw out most of the sandwich. Obviously, I will never go back there again, especially with a Jersey Mike’s across the street. Not only disappointing but angry they could put out such a poor product.
