The atmosphere is drab and terrible, there’s exposed equipment from their change over from previous restaurant, and it looks like they literally threw everything together and the bar is way too small. Everyone is polite and accommodating, still the service is hit or miss depending on the day of the week. You might have to wait to be greeted & seated, or find yourself waiting get your 1st round of beverages… but the food always comes out on time and is THE BOMB! I haven’t had a bad item on the menu and that’s the take away from my review. Don’t judge a book and whatnot, order your food for take-a-way and really enjoy it in tu Casa!

Great little hispanic food joint with a wonderful atmosphere and broad menu. The bar is a great place to grab a lunch brew and a bite to eat. Try the 5lb burrito challenge, its a gas! I’d give them 5 stars but they are a bit short staffed (like everyone else) and it took a long time to get lunch. You’ll get the 5th star when you can catch up in staffing. Otherwise, great place to grab some good grub.

Small strip shop restaurant with approx 10 tables and 1 server at lunch time. Service was a little slow but ok. Food was not that flavorful, chicken fajitas, rice, chorizo queso all pretty bland. The salsa did have good flavor and was pretty spicy

Definitely not authentic. The food was sub par at best. Not seasoned well at all. The drinks average, mostly juice. Atmosphere is okay but I would not recommend. I have the Philly quesadillas and they were not seasoned. I think it was steakums meat. The empanadas were made with ground beef. Definitely different.

Delicious fresh food, would recommend to anyone in the area. Our waitress was very friendly, ambiance is laid back and casual but nice. They have daily specials, Sunday was happy hour all day long which was cool. I got the tacos al pastor and a margarita which were good, satisifed my craving. There is a small bar with several chairs and some tables. Would go back again, great local joint that uses fresh ingredients.

Best SoCal Mex around. Had 4 tacos – carnitas and al pastor we’re my favorites. Hubby had a prima carne asada and he cleared his plate. Small place with great ambiance. Live music on Fridays. Awesome specials. Friendly staff. Already planning my next visit and a 10 taco box!

My boyfriend and I moved to Baltimore from LA two years ago and this place serves the closest to the kind of southern California style mexican food we are used to. The two owners (super nice guys) are local and also from San Diego. Their salsa is very flavorful, spicy enough (they have less spicy versions if you can’t deal), great traditional tacos with al pastor (!!! although could be a smidge less sweet), super bomber lengua, carne asada, barbacoa, carnitas. They have 10 taco box for $20 (17.50 or five for $9 on Tues), and fantastic all day happy hour (beer, mixed drinks) on Wed and Sunday. Many other delicious items on the menu for very reasonable prices, including solid vegetarian options. Great place for a casual date or post hike meal near McKeldin area of Patapsco State Park! I’ll be back 😀
