They could be more efficient with their orders. We have been waiting for almost 30 minutes. The atmosphere made me feel really uncomfortable, as a man kept pacing back and forth in front of the door. They told us to pull around, but still haven’t delivered our order. It would be better if they told us the wait time. I would say spend your money elsewhere if you want quality service, especially if you want chicken. 15 cars successfully obtain their food and leave quickly, so I’m assuming they forgot about us. Please, do not order the Smokehouse Chicken because it takes 17-20 minutes to cook but at least it’s hot??

Once you get the chicken, it’s delicious! Unfortunately there are to many other options in town to put up with this place. We put an order in online for pick up… Arrived at the store 30 minutes later… Only to have to wait in the drive through line for another 30 minutes AND THEN WAIT AT THE WINDOW while they finally put our order together that we put in over an hour before… I tried walking up to the counter but was quickly turned away by one of the 5 people standing around at the counter and sent to the drive through line. Of course after waiting all that time we didn’t get our sweet teas… No we didn’t go back for them.

Placing an order using door dash, they’ll have you waiting in for your door dash order, then once you get to the window, they’ll ask you to pull up wait another 15 minutes, total 25 minutes, so i cancel my order. Unprofessional and poor customer service

Drive-thru order! 4 stars on service due to asking for 2 peppers and charged or five. Young man telling me that’s how they come and I may as well get them! Then there is only 4 in container. Regardless of the price of five verses 2. My money, I know what I want. You can’t make me pay for for more. I didn’t want to inconvenience the drive-thru line nor him to calculate the difference of of two vs five after he had bag them!

The food is horrible , over cooked … fries cold / skin on chicken is burnt . You have to wait in line almost 30 min. I will never go back / Don’t know if they under new management but this place is not the same. Please don’t go there .

I bought the food for someone else. So I don’t know how the fois taste. But the service and people that work there is AWFUL!!!!!!. Everybody need to stop using that thing about not having people to work. Only the drive-thru was open. Gas counts to much to sit in the drive-thru lane and they playing and messing up orders. Open these doors. If you have four people working two can cook, one can work the counter and one work the window. I can show you how to work and stop playing so much. If people stop eating there you’ll see how it feel not to make money
