I was pleasantly surprised. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. I usually go to a sushi restaurant at every city I visit, and this is in my top 2 sushi restaurants that I’ve been to. Their rolls are delicious and for the quality I was expecting them to be more expensive. Really friendly staff, they were knowledgeable about gluten ingredients and very accommodating.

Niko has been our favorite restaurant in Laramie for years, and I just realized I haven’t left a review yet. Very clean food and restaurant. I highly recommend the California popper and the Audi roll. The wasabi dressing on the house salad is also the bomb.

Dining area is not very big, but the atmosphere was very chill. Service was excellent, prompt, and friendly. Wide variety of sushi rolls, hibachi, udon noodles, and a nice selection of premium sake, the waitress stuck a bottle in the fridge for us before we could even ask! Great experience all around lol

We ordered delivery for dinner. Were told at the time of order it would be an hour to hour and 45 minutes. We ordered a variety of rolls and nigiri as well as a Teriyaki combination plate; came with soup (miso or mushroom,, opted for the mushroom), green salad with ginger dressing, and I subbed Chicken Fried Rice for an additional $1.50 upcharge. Also ordered Agedashi tofu and seaweed salad.

I travel a lot and eat sushi in many towns of America. This place deserve 5 stars. Nice sushi, excellent nigiri, you’ll find fish, where it is supposed to be, and a real crab meat where it is called crab in menu. Love red caviar nigiri (Salmon Roe) a lot. Thanks WY.
