very bad service. I asked for a thin pizza and they gave me a burnt pizza. hard…looks old…it’s amazing. I saw how the workers answered a doordash call and they treated the customer horrible. They are just walking around… don’t spend your money here. this is not pizza hut…it’s a mockery…

The best well cooked pizza I’ve had in years. We were passing thru town from Chicago and unlike some pizza huts are just okay, but not this Hut! The person who took my order was well spoken and polite and the whole staff was friendly. Our pizza was made with love! I had a small request to slightly make the crust a bit done and they did just that.! Never been excited for Pizza Hut in years since some of the chain fell off but this place is on point! Thank you guys. You are awesome!

I had the worst service I’ve ever had in the food industry with this location tonight. Ordered online and got there in 20 mins as instructed by the pick-up time. Got to the window to get my order and they told me it would be a couple of mins because they still had to box up the pizza. After a couple mins, I was then told that “something went wrong” with my pizza and that I was going to have to pull around and wait for them to make a completely new pizza. I had plans and did not have time to wait. I requested my money back and was told that they can only do IOU coupons because they are not allowed to give out refunds. Since I was practically being forced to accept product from them without getting my money back, I waited and finally got my pizza. Nothing to make up for the fact that they messed up or anything. I’m extremely displeased with the service and will not be back.

The food was good and the timing was incredible, it’s just that the bathroom looks like it could use a serious makeover, and the tables had pizza boxes stacked at least 3 feet, even though there’s probably a reason for that.

Terrible service, staff in drive through had other conversations going on with coworkers then to talk with customers, bread sticks were plain when I got them and pizza is burnt. This is the second time I had gotten bad food from here.

My order said it was out for delivery but they didn’t have a driver and put it as doordash and it was checked out for delivery but didn’t leave the store at all. The person who was on the phone was rude and hung up on me and I had to call back to find out what’s going on with my order.
