My husband and I had an amazing first experience. My only complaint is that it was extremely hot and our reservation was at 9:45pm. Closer and more fan options would be better. I truly and honestly felt as though I was going to pass out. The company makes enough money to provide additional fans per bay.

Soooo I love this place! I don’t care for the price changes and people interrupting my game that isn’t cheap to ask me if I want more time. If I want more time, I got it.. It’s not rocket science and my time is extremely valuable especially while I am playing. All in all, I am satisfied with this place and highly recommend it. Check it out!!!

while waiting for our lane to open i decided to order drinks and TWO orders of celery from the bar the original bartender never acknowledged me after i was standing there for about 15mins i was being ignored so much so that a manager saw me when he left to get change and when he came back a while after he apologized to me because he’d realized i’d be standing there a long time without being checked in with. So with this manager i ordered two lemon drops and two orders of CELERY once i got my receipt he let me know that he modified the “carrots and celery” in the computer as “only celery”

My husband and I took our son and had a BLAST! Our server, McKenzie M. Was FABULOUS!! Seriously. It was like she knew what we needed before we could ask! She was knowledgeable and courteous, friendly yet professional, even her manager Miss Curry, stopped by to greet and check on everyone. We had a great experience and will definitely be returning (and asking for McKenzie)

If you’re planning on getting together here… make your reservations early… like two weeks early! We got on the waiting list and found out it was for the first floor (not fun) after an hour wait, so waited another 45 minutes for the second floor. In the end we had a pretty good time… spent $52 on the game, and over $100 on snacks and drinks for four people. A bit much for an hour of game play… but it worth trying at least once.

This is our second time coming. First time was amazing. It was also on a Tuesday. This time not so much. Service with food and drinks is super hard to get in any timely manner. It’s 90 plus degrees. Servers should be running back and forth for drinks. First time we were able to extend our time at the end of the first play. This time server informed us we’d have to go and register and wait again. Drinks from the bar were all over the place. First drink order they were out of or wasn’t “ready” second drink wasn’t anything like the first drink in color or taste even though it was the same drink. Maybe today was a bad day. Will try again.
