The lady at the register stealing: I paid with my debit card 33$ for fish and potato. She said it didn’t go thru but it showed it process on my end. I called bank they stated she got the money I told her, she would not give me food or a refund. SHE IS STEALING! Use cash! She is stealing!!!! And attitude is terrible. And they have all this stuff in a menu but only have fries and broccoli. The worst! But why am I surprised!

Why are we so hard on us but give everyone else a pass I’ve never had a bad meal from here the food is always good, do I hate that sometimes they don’t answer absolutely, but these 1’s… No way I would eat the chicken over fries everyday but I stopped eating fries but I never had a bad experience and why not hire the teens they need to work and learn everything let’s lift one another…

Great food, but they have a hard time keeping employees. Each time I’ve tried to get some food, they were closing early, or the phone just stayed busy. It’s great tasting food, but only when you can get it. Otherwise, I would rate them 5 stars.

I just ordered my first order from door dash from here and I must say I was very disappointed. I ordered the chicken and steak stuffed potato with extra cheese and broccoli. How ever it was blue hair in my food my food was cold the chicken looked like some chopped up I don’t even know what that was. I never received the steak on my order or the extra cheese and the broccoli was so damn overcooked. It just all around looked like someone played in the food.

Now we ordered this for take out and had it delivered to cleveland clinic via door dash the food was delicious I will def go back. I think the delivery part may be what is holding me back from a 5 with a tad soggy with the cheese sauce not still melted and the styrofoam may have impacted it a tich. I will def go and eat this live as I also thought it needed a tich of spicyness. So good and impressed tho will definitely want to eat it at the restaurant to get it authentic hot out oven! I have eaten here before years ago, however things have changed a hell of alot since then. The quality has definitely declined. We went in on Tuesday 10/12/2021 wanting something different for our tastebuds, and ordered a steak and chicken loaded potatoes ( minus the A1 sauce). This was HORRIBLE!! You could see the actual chicken , however when it came to the steak part of it…we were confused…I am not sure if it was ground beef, steakum, or what because it was unrecognizeable, and tasted like nothing. What we thought looked like it could have been pieces of steak, were the few mushrooms that were mixed in. Then there were the thick pieces of cheese slices thrown on the top of it. Just a waste. $13 a piece down the drain. (Amongst other things). We attempted to eat this potato in hopes that the taste would grow on us, it never happened. The most i could stomach was a corner of it. Just could not do it. We both ended up with the bubbleguts. What happened to the CMB from back in the day? I know places change management, prices of the food changes dramatically….I get it. The taste and quality should not. I am aware i am only one person, out of hundreds who may purchase from this establishment,. I was so very disappointed. I am not sure if it was just an off day or what.
