I love Arby’s turkey rolls with curly fries. Their chicken nuggets and crinkle fries come in second. Unfortunately, with inflation, they’ve become pricier, and it isn’t anything against this restaurant in particular. Luckily, they have coupons available if you sign up for their app, which make prices somewhat bearable. So, every so often, I’ll treat myself to a close to a near $20 dollar turkey roll combo. The service is great, and when they do have a line, it doesn’t take too long to get in and out. It’s located in one of the newly developed area of North Indio and is kept clean on the outside. It’s also right next to Starbucks, so I can swing by to grab a black iced tea, too.

Very unprofessional to busy talking trash about other people while sitting on the counters they had us park to “wait on fresh food” the crispy chicken I got was still cold in the middle and I had to get off the car after waiting 10 mins for our fresh food to be told that they were waiting on the order of fries they forgot as I was waiting for the rest of my order in the lobby I watched them park two more cars just so they could finish their conversation smh fired all three of them

People often overlook Arby’s when having fast food, my experiences there have always been excellent..from the gyros to the burgers and everything in between is excellent. The menu is solid, the turnaround time was 5 minutes from order placement to enjoyment. Always loved this establishment…

So although Arby’s food is pretty good there service is horrible at there indio location. I went through the drive through and the girl that took my order had the most stank attitude. She was mumbling as if she couldn’t open her mouth. I get to the window and she basically threw my food at me. And don’t be thirsty and ask for a large drink cause it’s so small a 12 oz can of soda fills it up and there expensive. I was very disappointed and wouldnt recommended the Arby’s in Indio to anyone.

First off I walk in about 430 on a Friday afternoon there’s three unprofessional and inmature employees working didn’t even greet me I walk up to the cashier no one is there and I sat there for over a minute and a half, and I finally had to ask them if they were open for somebody to take my order I ordered the most expensive sandwich the Arby’s prime rib sandwich. I heard someone say you make it and other person says I don’t know how to make it. I’m not sure who made my sandwich but at the end it was dried chewed up meat stuck in a microwave. It tasted like a reheated stale sandwich Horrible place I’ll never go back. I don’t recommend it to anyone on a sidenote in the fryer they had everything already cooked and waiting so nobody gets fresh. There were french fries, cheese, sticks, curly fries everything was already pre-cooked and waiting for customers to order so they can get cold sides. Absolutely the worst Arbys I’ve ever been to lack of training and lack of maturity with the staff.
