First time here and will definitely be back. We read reviews and we were not disappointed. We got hibachi steak, shrimp, and chicken. The chicken was a little dry but the steak was amazing as well as the shrimp and vegetables. Of course the fried rice was so good, too. Our hibachi chef was very entertaining and made for a fun night. My daughter and I tried the sushi. It was very good and freshly made.

This restaurant has the best sushi in the area and their lunch special prices are unbeatable 12 dollars for 2 rolls and soup. They were so good I had to order another lunch special!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at In Japan, and they did not disappoint. Our server Angela was excellent. She gave us just the right amount of time to get settled before she came to get our drink orders. She answered our questions professionally, and she repeated our orders to make sure she had them correctly. After bringing our meals, she checked back in with us to make sure all was well, and then she disappeared! Just like a professional waitress should! She made sure our drinks were refilled almost without our knowing she had done so. She neither over waited nor under waited the table. We could not have asked for better! And the food! Delicious! We had shrimp, scallops, and salmon. They were all delicious, but GET THE SALMON!!! We will be back.

It was my first time at the restaurant visiting a friend. I enjoyed the food and the hibachi experience. The person cooking the food did a great job of keeping us entertained. I feel like the food was cooked really quickly as well. I had the fried rice and chicken and shrimp (unpictured). I forgot to take pictures of the food. The fried cheesecake was good but it felt weird eating warm cheesecake. Overall great experience, I would go back.

I’ve never been this disappointed with the food here but I tried something new and it was nasty. I will never recommend the ramen from there. The pork was extremely over cooked, dry, and tasted almost burnt. The noodles were over cooked. The corn tasted like it was just dumped from a can. There was absolutely no flavor and so much chili oil dumped on top that there was a complete film on top of the broth.

My wife and I went in there last Friday for dinner as part of our date. I had heard good things about this place but finally decided to try it and I see why people love it. The Hibachi Chicken with fried rice was better than I had expected, having been to other Asian inspired restaurants. My wife got the Hibachi Shrimp which I had to snatch a piece and it was just as good as it looks. The service was as good as the food, our server gracy was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Will definitely be coming back for the food and great table service. Easy 5 star rating.

The sushi was okay. The fried cheese cake is delicious. I would prefer to drive to Longview for sushi. Cough cough Fuji’s. However, Injapan was a pleasant experience but we look forward to try the hibachi next time, it appeared to look more delightful. We will be back!!

Delicious and fresh. We visited the day after Thanksgiving and the server was especially friendly. The food is yummy, and worth the prices. We tried a variety of dishes and were pleased with everything we ordered. I highly recommend the Jiana Roll and the Jalapeño Poppers from the app menu.
