Me An My Husband went in to Casey’s today an it was very dirty like people on the registers were on there phones, need lot of training an customer skills every time we go in there it’s like no smiles no meet an greets.. this is by far the worst Casey’s every other Casey’s is nice an clean good customer service but not this Casey’s in Crookston

Ordered a two pizzas tonight as we do most sundays…. My pizza was a Hawaiian. Second week in a row the dough was raw. Brown on bottom of pizza and cheese on top was brown… dough in middle was raw… we had to recook it. Call the place and no one cared… tough tootsies is basically the attitude…. Last week I got a bit of a upset tummy but we thought it was a fluke so we ordered again this week… mistake! Jason Omdahl

It seems like it depends on who the cook is making the pizza a few days prior to when we ordered dinner the slice of pizza was good but the night that we ordered dinner for the whole family that pizza was not as great

Convenient as it’s close to where I live! Employees may need to have more training as there are very few times that I’ve been in there that they don’t struggle at the till in some way. There has been only 1-2 employees that I have encountered that are knowledgeable of their job and are great with the customers! They need to stock the store better as they are always out of quite a few things throughout the store or management needs to order better.

Seems like everytime I walk into the store for a quick slice of pizza there’s never any made. I don’t have a lot of time during the day to wait which is usually why I like heading there. Most of these estabilments are an enjoyable experience. This one is sadly not.
