Our pilgramage bus of 25 folks, ranging in age from 6 to 90, needed to stop for dinner on our way back from Canada. We called many places off exit 37, and no one wanted us. We would have to just park somewhere and let these folks fend for themselves. In years past, it was over 2 hours for some.

Always had a good experience at Big Sal’s but this time I ordered shrimp scampi. It was far from being up to par. Ingredients are just throwing in. Not well done. No flavor and service was lacking also. Hopefully this is just a one time incident. Their pizza and calzones are phenomenal

Pit stop before driving up to Montreal and pump gas next door. Pizza was good and I would recommend esp when it just came out. The pizza is nice and soft and the crust is a little crispy. The Supreme is mean and loaded with tons of sausage, crunchy thin green peppers, and pepperoni (I opt out of onions). The salad had pepperoni! The Seafood Combo pasta with rose sauce (marinara + alfredo) was ok. Fresh scallops and big shrimps but I think I prefer the pizza more. I would try the wings next time. Btw, comes with Garlic bread and that was good!

All the food is good and service is great, I’d like to give more stars. I ordered delivery and everything was as expected except my calzone, the flavor was spot on but what they sent it in made it soggy. I would suggest that they find better containers for the calzone because it nearly ruined my meal. I wound up eating just the filling because the pizza dough was not appealing, at all…. soggy is not what I expected at all.

Usually amazing . Ordered wings crispy and they came rubbery. They claim they get rubbery during delivery and proceeded to argue with me and insisted on making the poor kid come back out during this snow storm to pick up the wings to issue any type of credit / refund

My family and I really enjoy the pizza and wings at Big Sal’s. When your order delivery it’s extremely quick. I’ve had my order in as little as 20 minutes and they are across town. The quality is great too.
