The pizza was very good. It was 3pm when I got there and was told they had no servers. However, I saw at least 4 people there working. One of them couldn’t have pretended to be a server? If I was manager I definitely would not have told a customer that there were no servers. I would have did it my self. Poor managerial techniques by that manager. Probably should be terminated.

Usually pretty good here. But last time i ended hanging up on the employee while placing my irder bc it was going on 9 min of placing an order for 2 pizzas! Tried again a couple days. Ordering was fine (carry out). But when i picked up my pizza the one crust was all messed up. And the pizza with pepperoni barely had any cheese! Not sure if management has changed. But the people working there are always friendly.

No waitress… this is weird why offer dine in and not have waitress.. when I ordered I was told no fountain sodas only bottles so I compromised and the other customers that were there got fountain sodas.. this place needs help or just close the dinning room down. If I wanted to be the waitress for my family I should have just stayed home. Get it together pizza hut we love you but this isn’t right

I love pizzahut but was not expecting a service as terrible as this branch. the lady in the register Margarita but her name tag says “MAMA” was on her airpods and even told me “i couldn’t hear you because im on my earpods” and laughed about it and took my order for one large pizza and they charged me 29.11?! i’ve been calling them after that just to clarify how is a large pizza worth $29.11 and Melody, the name of the lady on the phone told me i need to call back after 20mins. i called 20mins after and she said in a condescending manner that they are busy so she will call me back before 6pm. i waited and she didnt call back so i called again, she then said that she will call me before the end of her shift which is 9pm and still nothing. i called back and she said she was counting the money on the register and will call me back afterwards. she has been stalling for hours! dont go to this branch. these people are theives! shame on you

The Havre De Grace Pizza Hut has been a great partner with the Havre De Grace High School Athletic Boosters, they have hot and fresh pizza delivered in small amounts or in huge amounts – for a Friday football game. They are always friendly and very efficient getting the orders together.
