Went for lunch and was seated immediately and had a view of the snohomish river. The restaurant was at 30% capacity. Had shredded beef burrito. Wife had fish tacos. The burrito plate was average. The rice was OK and beans not so much. The chips and salsa was just fair as the chips were overcooked. I tasted the grilled fish taco and noted that it tasted very fishy. Not good. I will say that staff was courteous, fast and attentive. The pricing is above market average.

Best patio dining on a sunny day next to the river. They appeared very busy, but we were seated within 10 minutes and the chips were refilled before they were empty. The food was some of the best Mexican I have had. The margarita was very good.

What I liked most about this place was that their serving sizes were manageable and not too big. The food was good, but not anything special. Right on the river, it is great to sit and enjoy food while looking at the water. We saw a seal in the river, that made the dining experience more special. I hope you see a cool animal in the river while you are here as well. Amen.

Friendly and timely service. My only negative is a very small portion. I ordered a chimichanga and it was not even deep fried, was about 4″ long and a child’s portion of rice and beans as well. Usually Mexican food portions are generous and this was far from it. I rejected the plate and they brought another one nearly identical. Fail! The picture is of the 2nd attempt when they did deep fry it at my request. By contrast my wife’s meal was generous and enjoyed by her.

Great food and good service. The outside seating is really nice, especially with the fountain. The margaritas are flavorful and they serve beer in ice cold glasses. Definitely worth stopping in and having a meal at. The bathrooms are clean and easy to find, and there is plenty of street parking nearby.
