We have stopped here Many times in the past on our way to Peoria. They “USED” to have the BEST chicken tenders. This time it was Horrible. The chicken tenders were SO small they looked more like nuggets and the worst part was they were cooked in OLD grease and tasted salty and burnt! I was LIVID because I spent almost $34 on this nasty food you could barely eat.

It was horrible ordered a ham sandwich got a chicken. Had to drive back for the lady to say yes we have it sitting here pulled to the window she gave it to me then slammed it shut. Went a few weeks back ordered a burger gave her cash and when she gave me my change back said we’re out of pennies so ur 3 cents short worst place ever.

Very inattentive staff. Cashier was literally texting on her phone while taking my order. Had 0 enthusiasm. Ordered a large meal with curly fries, was given medium cup and regular fries. No tea in the lobby. Sad that one of the most staffed stores had the worst employees

I opened up my bun to find a small brown hockey puck piece of chicken for my chicken sandwich. Came with some kind of old sauce and four pickles. Not very tasty, french fries were ice cold and not much else to say about the drink situation. Very sad for $9 worth of food. Don’t know why I keep going back to a Hardee’s because each time I am disappointed even at other locations.
