Placed an order for veg burrito and taco by swapping meat for beans but staff did not pay attention. I called back to complaint about it. After three time trying the phone, guy over the phone apologised but instead of returning the money asked me to come back. I informed that I do not want to drive back for 15 mins one way but it did not matter to him. I paid for food that I had to trash. This is the first time happened to me at Taco Bell and I will not be coming back to this place.

Food is fresh. Much better than any other taco bell locations. However, tables are dirty. The tables don’t get cleaned. I haven’t seen any tables getting cleaned while I was here for an hour.

Ordered 2 bean burritos the beans were invisible and no cheese red sauce or onions. Basically I was eating a folded wrap. It looked like refried beans were put on the wrap and scrapped off and folded. I tried this Taco Bell 3 times ordering the same thing bean burritos and, it’s been the same as above. I did order the nacho fries on my second visit with an extra cheese which I was charged for. the fries were hot & fresh but, lacked any seasoning. Just plain fries and they didn’t give me my extra cheese sauce for dipping that they charged me for. They forgot my fire sauce on 2 occasions and no napkins. I always go through the drive-thru. Very very slow. I have 1/2 hour break and a 10 minute ride back to work. I’ve always been 2nd in line at the drive thru and always had to wait at least 15 minutes. I’ve noticed that the car in front of me only has a small bag and a drink. Upon my last visit I was the only person in the drive thru and the wait time was 22 minutes. I really don’t understand the long wait time or the lack of sauce, or napkins. On 2 occasions I asked for napkins and was given paper towels. I would think a new restaurant would have it more together than this.

Beware they will even spike your food!!!There is no in person cashier! You must order from the screen but if you pay cash a person still have to take your money! Doesn’t make sense! Manager is rather comes out to help you on the screen, but would not serve you behind the counter cashier post.
