Breakfast items like bagels and waffles are amazing. The cream cheese isn’t excessive like most other bagel spots in NY. Lunch sandwiches are great too, but I’m not a fan of the soups. Matzo ball soup lacked flavor, and broccoli cream soup lacked cream.

I would not recommend this deli. I ordered a BEC with soft bacon. There was no cheese and the bacon was hard as a rock. The taste of the sandwich was horrible. There are much better delis in the area. I would give zero stars if I could.

Nice addition to the Syosset food scene. Finally good Breakfast sandwiches, salads and amazing hero sandwiches. Don’t have to deal with the poor rip off service and messed up orders at Gabby’s woodbury anymore. Really friendly service here, good food, call in your order for even faster service. They even have street tacos!! Well done!

THIS IS THE HOLY GRAIL OF DELIS. I wish that was an exaggeration, but I am NYC born and Queens-bred, so judging delis and bodegas is in my blood. Sabeli is 12/10 in every single category, every time I have ordered. I needed to write a review this time because on this occasion, I asked Ms. Michelle to re-create a sandwich I love from a restaurant in the city. She absolutely nailed it- it required caramelized onions which they do not have ready but they took the time to do it for me during their busiest hour of the day (1 pm lunch) and it’s those little things that keep us going during our crazy days. Sabeli treats their customers like family, the quality of the food is unbelievable; perfect and fresh to order every time. The service is as fast as possible without compromising on courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. And for those who may be skeptical about the price, I assure you that given the sky-rocketing costs of everything their prices are still extremely competitive and reasonable and barely reflects the incredible quality of the food you get. Sabeli is worth every dollar and visit. Love this place!
